Sophie's passion is helping people become the best version of themselves. She strongly believes in focusing on the strengths of coachees and building on these. In addition, areas for improvement are minimised so that they do not get in the way of performance.

She is an experience-oriented coach with 20 years of work experience as a team leader and mentor/coach in large and small organisations, mainly in sales and marketing environments, but also in more research and data-oriented settings. Her distinct strength lies in maximising the potential of each team member while optimising team dynamics. Sophie has repeatedly succeeded in getting underperforming teams to work together and achieve exceptional results. She utilised individual coaching and/or team coaching to do so.

In her role as team leader, she completed and followed several accredited training programmes such as MBTI, Insights, ROOT & GROW coaching techniques. She has also been trained by the London Business School, Insead and Antwerp Management School.

With her background in engineering, she knows how important it is to translate ‘Soft Skills’ into ‘Hard Data’, in other words results. She likes to call herself a mentoring coach who is committed to the success of every coachee and organisation.
