Chris Horemans is passionate about working with people in organizations.

She has a broad experience in and with management teams, on the one hand as HR Manager & Director, on the other hand as HR Interim Manager, facilitator, executive and team coach, and this in various organizations (Alcatel, Mediafin, Dela, Jan De Nul, Mediahuis, Barco, Agfa, Sense, Alpha Trains, ...).

Chris has a Master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology, she is a certified personal, team- and organizational coach, NLP Practitioner, and accredited Insights Practitioner.

She combines organizational sensitivity and coaching skills with a pragmatic approach and results orientation.

Chris lives with her husband and two daughters in Antwerp, loves culture, reading and traveling. She is fascinated by history. Not the facts in themselves, but the stories behind them interest her.

Her mission is to foster growth of people, teams and organizations.
